Our Story

A bayou-side spot that feels like home

Bushwackers Bayou isn't just a café and bar — it's where your neighbors grab a morning cup, where families come for weekend breakfast, and where friends wind down after a long week. Tucked along Highway 21 in the heart of Bush, Louisiana, we've built a place that welcomes everyone with open arms and a cold drink in hand.

Whether you're here for our signature coffee, a hearty meal, or something with a little kick, we pour the same care into everything we serve. No pretense, no rush — just good times on the bayou.
